Full Description

Position summary Join a high volume distribution branch as a warehouse associate. You will work in a clean, air conditioned warehouse, picking and packing orders, unloading trucks, and keeping products moving safely and on time. Daily tasks • Pick customer orders and package items for same day shipping • Load outbound trailers with customer orders • Unload inbound shipments from suppliers and check for accuracy and quality • Handle cartons and packages throughout the warehouse, often at higher rack levels • Use warehouse equipment to move product and support the shipping operation • Follow safety rules and help keep the facility clean and organized Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • Able to regularly move packages weighing 50 to 70 pounds • Comfort working on warehouse equipment at heights up to 30 feet • Consistent, reliable work history and strong work ethic • Willing to learn material handling equipment; no prior forklift certification required
