Sales Manager – CPG Food The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key distributor and broker relationships, and executing customer programs across the CPG food channel. This role partners closely with internal teams to ensure accurate forecasting, margin management, and flawless execution at the account level. Why should you apply? • Growth Opportunities • Great Pay • Excellent Benefits Responsibilities: • Provide regular reporting on sales performance, promotional effectiveness, and account activity. • Manage day‑to‑day relationships with distributors, customers, and sales brokers to ensure strong execution and service levels. • Lead sales forecasting activities and collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, marketing) to align demand and inventory. • Execute trade promotions, customer programs, and new item launches across assigned accounts. • Manage pricing, margins, deductions, and dispute resolution to protect profitability. • Support sales growth by identifying opportunities, optimizing distribution, and improving account performance. • Monitor marketplace trends and competitive activity to inform sales strategy. Qualifications: • Minimum 7+ years of experience in CPG food sales. • Direct experience working with KeHE and/or UNFI distributors. • Hands‑on experience managing brokers and driving execution at the account level. • Strong understanding of trade spend, pricing structures, and margin management. • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. • Ability to work cross‑functionally and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
