Responsibilities: • Devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications • Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance • Set and uphold rigorous standards for product quality, reliability, and safety. • Lead APQP/PPAP activities and define production process parameters to meet customer specifications. • Monitor production adherence to Quality Assurance standards, TS16949 initiatives, and customer-specific requirements. • Conduct Quality Assurance training programs to build organizational capability. • Develop and update Control Plans, FMEAs, and operational practices; drive process improvements using statistical techniques and problem-solving methods. • Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff • Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures • Making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards • Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards • Conduct regular audits to assess performance and identify areas of non-compliance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective action • Monitor and evaluate customer feedback to identify trends and implement necessary changes • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality assurance processes and procedures • Lead lean and continuous activities in the quality department Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree • Supplier Root Cause/Corrective Action • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, manufacturing, or engineering • Strong knowledge of quality systems, statistical methods, and industry standards • Previous experience in a manufacturing industry • In depth hands-on knowledge of quality systems, policies, and procedures • Familiarity with intelligent and industrial systems • Computer Skills: MS Office, ERP systems • Must be able to read blueprints • Mechanical knowledge of gears, bearings, gearboxes • Experience in negotiating and strong internal/external communication skills • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Deadline and detail-oriented Jasleen Kaur jasleen@ajuliaexecutivesearch.com Ajulia Executive Search is a search firm specializing in Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal and Pharmaceutical positions.
