Full Description

Responsibilities • Lead daily production operations with a focus on efficiency, cost control, and optimal use of personnel, equipment, and materials • Coordinate closely with scheduling, procurement, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth, uninterrupted production flow • Develop, implement, and refine SOPs in partnership with Supply Chain leadership to enhance product quality and address process challenges • Oversee and support plant supervisors, hourly staff, and machinery upkeep while maintaining strict safety and environmental compliance • Adjust production plans as needed, support hiring and training efforts, and champion continuous improvement to achieve key production KPIs Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience • Proven leadership background in manufacturing, ideally within the folding‑carton sector • Strong grasp of manufacturing processes with excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities • Effective communicator with solid organizational skills and the ability to delegate and manage workflows • Skilled at multitasking and prioritizing in a fast‑paced, dynamic production environment Salary: $120K - $140K Ask for: Aarti Manchanda Ajulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical.
