Responsibilities • Builds and maintains strong customer relationships, driving sales through consultative, value‑based selling and effective product demonstrations • Manages existing distributor and end‑user accounts while meeting sales, profit, and budget targets across the assigned territory • Identifies and develops new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and targeted outreach • Prepares clear, accurate proposals and quotations, resolves customer issues promptly, and communicates customer needs and market insights to management • Coordinates closely with marketing, sales leadership, accounting, logistics, and technical teams to support a unified sales strategy • Analyzes territory potential, maintains customer value plans, stays current on market trends and competitive activity, and participates in trade shows as needed Qualifications • Self‑starter with 5+ years of sales experience and a creative mindset for developing marketing and promotional strategies; bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred • Skilled in high value‑added product sales, including pricing, negotiation, and communicating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders • Proven success selling to mechanical contractors, facility managers, general contractors, and executive‑level decision makers • Demonstrated track record of meeting growth and profitability targets, with strong influencing skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented approach • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with experience using SAP or CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce Salary: $100k+ bonus, company car, expenses, + full benefits package Ask for: Aarti Manchanda Ajulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical.
