In this role, you'll be pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving our growth initiatives in the fintech and cryptocurrency sectors. Key Responsibilities • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities that align with Ajaib's growth strategies in the fintech and cryptocurrency space. • Develop and manage strong relationships with clients, including high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and strategic partners. • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies and identify emerging trends. • Craft and present compelling proposals and presentations to stakeholders to secure partnerships and collaborations. • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on business objectives. • Monitor industry trends and developments, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership roles in fintech or cryptocurrency industries. • Proven track record of successfully closing high-value deals and nurturing long-term client relationships. • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, emerging technologies, and regulatory landscapes. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Highly motivated with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovative solutions. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
