A highly regarded full-service law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1–5 years of family law experience to join its established Family Law practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build and develop their career within a supportive, professional, and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have strong legal writing and analytical skills, along with experience handling a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and related issues. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced practitioners while gaining increasing responsibility and client interaction. Qualifications The successful candidate will have: • 1–5 years of family law experience • Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required) • Family Law clerkship experience (a plus) • Strong legal research and writing abilities • The ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a team This position is ideal for an attorney who is motivated to grow their practice, develop litigation and negotiation skills, and play a meaningful role in guiding clients through sensitive and complex legal matters. Compensation The anticipated salary range for this role is $90,000 – $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
