North America In-Building Networks Sales Manager – South Central Territory • * Must be U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder living in the South Central region Scope of Position: As a Sales Manager for the South-Central Territory, you are responsible for creating and cultivating long-term relationships that drive in-building wireless business through network operators, Value Added Resellers (VAR’s) and other assigned accounts. Your extensive network of relationships with these customers will enable you to grow established accounts and introduce new prospects to Airspan. Your work will focus on driving preference for our Airspan product offering with regional businesses and technology organizations. Internally, you will align your customers with Airspan marketing, engineering services, sales and support organizations to drive and convert a pipeline of new business. Externally, you will leverage existing relationships and grow new ones to drive Airspan’s Wireless solutions in the market. You will be required to have both sales and technical expertise in cellular networks and related technologies. Responsibilities: • Lead Airspan’s relationships with assigned network operators, value added resellers and strategic partners to create and win opportunities for in-building wireless solutions. • Cultivate relationships between your customers and Airspan’s key commercial partners: consultants, distributors, re-sellers and systems integrators to drive preference and new business for Airspan’s in-building wireless solutions. • Align your customers with Airspan’s enterprise and carrier sales teams to maximize cross-selling and to identify and close opportunities and maximize team collaboration. • Achieve your assigned revenue and bookings quota. • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure that all pre and post sales customer needs are met. • Leverage industry trade groups and organizations to support and drive business to your customers. • Represent Airspan at conferences and seminars. • Leverage Airspan resources to ensure that your customers: -Are trained on Airspan solutions -Articulate Airspan’s competitive advantage in the marketplace -Communicate Airspan’s value through case studies, promotions and social media • Generate an annual sales plan with metrics and provide quarterly progress to the VP of Sales • Collaborate with marketing to develop and deploy campaigns and incentive offerings. • Collaborate with wireless and enterprise sales teams to use Salesforce.com to document all sales activities, contacts, and opportunity forecasts - update in real time. You will carry a quota, as well as team level and company level objectives. Travel: Domestic travel of approximately 50% (TX, LA, AR, OK) Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week+ Experience and Desired Skill Sets: • 10 years demonstrated key account management experience creating and cultivating long-term, multi-product relationships with wireless network operators. • Demonstrated relationships with key strategic 3PO’s and Tier 1 Wireless Service Providers. • 10-15 years demonstrated experience in direct sales with successful track record of exceeding quota. • Track record of new business development and successful execution of complex, multi-faceted partner/reseller agreements. • Extensive cellular industry product and application knowledge, specifically in DAS, RAN and RAN Software. • Desired subject matter expertise selling some or all of the following: -Wireless Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) - Wireless Radio Access Network (RAN) Solutions and Equipment -Network Infrastructure -Private Wireless Networks -Wireless Network Software and Services -Network Convergence -Wi-Fi and/or Wireless LAN Education: • Bachelor’s degree required -- prefer business, engineering, or related industry This position does not support immigration sponsorship.
