About the Role As Director of Sales Development, you will lead our sales development organization and drive exceptional outbound performance while scaling our team for hypergrowth. This role combines proven sales leadership with modern prospecting expertise, requiring both team management skills and mastery of cutting-edge sales technology. You'll be responsible for building a world-class SDR team that consistently exceeds pipeline targets through strategic outbound execution. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Build and scale our SDR team, developing training programs, performance metrics, and career progression frameworks. Campaign Management: Create and manage multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels for both cold and warm leads. Outbound Prospecting: Lead by example in executing sophisticated prospecting strategies, assemble high-quality lead lists, and manage outreach efforts to drive pipeline generation. Tool Setup and System Building: Optimize sales tools and automation platforms including Clay, Lemlist, and other technologies to maximize team efficiency and results. Data Enrichment: Leverage advanced data enrichment tools to ensure accurate lead intelligence and personalized outreach at scale. Vendor Selection and Evaluation: Identify and select the best tools and vendors for prospecting, automation, and AI-driven solutions to maintain competitive advantages. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with account executives, VP of Sales, and Growth team to ensure seamless lead handoffs and campaign execution.
