High school diploma, customer service experience, and proficiency with computers and communication skills.
The Inside Sales Representative & Warehouse/Quality Associate will be responsible for daily inside sales and warehouse/quality support tasks as bulleted below. The employee will rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Employee reports to the Inside Sales Manager. Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries pertaining to products, services, prices, availability, and/or order status via email, phone, and website • Assist and advise customers in the selection of the appropriate product(s) and/or service(s) based upon the customer’s requirements • Engage vendors to procure materials and expedite shipments • Prepare quotations, process orders and manage existing orders on online platform first and foremost and internal business systems only when necessary • Work with all other departments to coordinate and assure customer requirements, and expectations are fulfilled, and conflicts are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer • Support, interact, and work in tandem with members of the outside sales team to build and retain customer relations • Make pricing decisions on demand when communicating with customers; responsible for communicating with pricing teams to maintain accurate information within each customer account in the business system • Perform other related duties and assignments as directed by management and as listed in SOP • COC/COO or other order-specific documentation and related inspection and labeling • NC processing • Warehouse email – monitor for those issues needing urgent attention, specific activity, or knowledge • General problem-solving and resolution regarding inventory, invoicing, and logistic issues (as personnel in receiving, stocking, picking, checking, packing and shipping have issues) • Provide general warehouse process support • Process inventory adjustments, bin adjustments, verification of items • RMA processing • Customer Incident processing • Onsite support for operating systems and equipment (IT liaison, P21, computers, scanners, printers, shipping stations, Clippership, etc) • Assist with problem ticket resolution as time permits • Assist with general Warehouse activity – receiving, stocking, picking, checking, packing, and shipping as needed Benefits: • Medical/Dental/Vision/Disability effective first of the month after the hire date • PTO accrual begins upon hire • Referral bonuses • 100% employee-owned plus 401k with company match
