Full Description

Job Description: • Perform maintenance and inspections utilizing airframe and power plant (A&P) license outside of certified repair station (CRS). • Perform advanced troubleshooting to diagnose malfunctioning systems and components. • Conduct applicable airframe calendar/hourly inspections, hidden damage inspections, operational and functional checks. • Responsible for ensuring physical security of aircraft. • Participate in flight tests on aircraft. • Perform track and balancing of rotor systems and vibration analysis. • Conduct huddle meetings and assign maintenance tasks to technicians. • Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for Airbus customers. • Update maintenance tracking program daily and ensure compliance with regulations. Requirements: • FAA A&P License • 8–12 years of rotary-wing experience • Ability to obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) • Minimum two (2) years of Leadership Experience and/or equivalent education classes • Understanding and familiarity with the FAA regulations 14 CFR Parts 27, 29, 39, 43, 91, 135, and 145 processes. • Must have complete understanding of the BK117 C2 with a high level of troubleshooting expertise on all aircraft systems. • Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form in English. • Citizenship: US Person under ITAR definition required (FOR EXAMPLE: U.S. Citizen, green card holder or person covered under existing ITAR license) Benefits: • Competitive base salary • Incentive compensation including profit sharing schemes • Retirement savings plan • Ability to participate in an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (“ESOP”) • Paid time off including personal time, holidays and generous paid parental leave program • Comprehensive insurance coverage including medical (traditional and high-deductible health plans), prescription, dental, vision, life, disability, Employee Assistance Plan (“EAP”) and other supplemental benefit coverages. • Upskilling and development opportunities through global Leadership University, including unlimited access to 10,000+ e-learning courses
