General Manager – HVAC Operations (Tampa, FL) Company: Air Today USA – Jackrabbit AC Location: Tampa, FL (Onsite, Branch Leadership Role) About Us Air Today USA, operating in Tampa under our local brand Jackrabbit AC, is a trusted name in residential and commercial HVAC services. With a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and customer care, we are continuing to grow our presence in Florida. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our Tampa branch operations. Position Overview The General Manager will oversee all day-to-day operations of the Tampa branch, ensuring excellence in service delivery, financial performance, and team development. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise in the HVAC industry, and the ability to drive growth while maintaining customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Lead, manage, and develop branch staff including technicians, office staff, and sales teams • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight • Drive revenue growth through operational improvements, customer relationships, and sales support • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues effectively • Implement and monitor KPIs to track branch performance and identify areas for improvement • Maintain compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company policies • Recruit, train, and retain top talent to build a strong, motivated team Qualifications • 5+ years of management experience in HVAC, mechanical services, or a related field • Proven track record of successfully leading operations and teams • Strong understanding of HVAC service and installation processes • Experience with P&L management and financial accountability • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment • EPA Certification or HVAC technical background a plus What We Offer • Competitive salary and performance-based bonus • Health, dental, and vision benefits (eligibility after 90 days) • Company vehicle allowance (if applicable) • Paid time off and holidays • Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing HVAC company Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
