Air Time Wireless, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is growing and we are looking for District Sales Managers to join our team! We are looking for leaders throughout different areas in Maryland. We are seeking dependable individuals with management experience to contribute to the success of the company. You will have the responsibility of developing new customer opportunities, as well as managing and training a highly motivated staff. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales goals in a fast paced environment. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills. Air Time offers a competitive salary plus a commission/bonus plan based on experience. Primary Responsibilities Include: • Meet or exceed sales goals • Supervise a team of sales associates, including store managers • Monitor and coach performance; recommend disciplinary action as needed • Set and maintain work schedules to meet budgeted hours • Manage inventory and assets • Ensure all customers are assisted in a friendly, prompt, professional and ethical manner. • Proactively recruit and train new employees • Assure proper appearance and functionality of merchandising and equipment • Adhere to dress code and have a professional appearance at all times. • Maintain a positive “can do” attitude and develop positive relationships with store personnel and management. Ideal Candidate Qualifications • Sales Management experience preferred (2 years minimum) • Minimum 1 year of wireless sales experience • High School diploma, BA/BS preferred • Proven leadership skills • Team oriented with the ability to work in a learning environment. • Drive to meet and exceed performance expectations Locations in Anne Arundel County: • Severna Park Locations in Baltimore: • Catonsville • Woodlawn • York Road - outside of Towson area Locations in Southern MD: • California • Dunkirk • La Plata • Prince Frederick Coming soon: • Bowie Does this sound like it’s for you?
