As a Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of your store’s success — driving sales, leading your team, and ensuring every customer walks out confident and connected. You’ll be the face of Air Time Wireless, representing the AT&T brand with pride, professionalism, and passion. You’ll be responsible for: • Hitting and exceeding store sales goals • Coaching, developing, and inspiring your sales team • Recruiting and training new talent • Managing schedules, inventory, and daily operations • Providing a friendly and professional customer experience • Maintaining brand standards and operational excellence • Promoting a positive, high-energy work culture What Makes You a Great Fit: You’re a natural leader with a strong sales background and the ability to influence, motivate, and deliver results.
