Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, supervisory, and communication skills, with experience in office management, bookkeeping, and human resources. This role offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic team while managing various administrative functions, including vendor relations, scheduling, and event planning. The Office Manager will play a key role in maintaining efficient office workflows and fostering a professional atmosphere. Responsibilities • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity • Supervise administrative staff and coordinate team activities • Manage scheduling, calendar appointments, and meeting arrangements • Handle vendor management, including negotiations and relationship building • Maintain accurate bookkeeping, payroll processing, and budgeting tasks • Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and reporting • Coordinate event planning and logistics for company functions or meetings • Manage human resources functions such as onboarding, training & development, and employee records • Oversee front desk operations including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette • Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information • Assist with medical office management tasks if applicable • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Qualifications • Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or related roles • Supervising experience with team management capabilities • Proficiency in QuickBooks, calendar management software, and MS Office Suite • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written • Experience in event planning, vendor management, payroll, budgeting, and bookkeeping preferred • Background in human resources or medical office management is a plus • Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills • Demonstrated ability to train staff and foster team development This position is integral to maintaining an organized, efficient workplace while supporting the overall success of our organization.
