About AiPrise AiPrise (YC S22) is a global compliance infrastructure company helping financial institutions and fintechs - including banks, cross-border payment providers, stablecoin companies, and marketplaces gain a 360° view of the businesses they onboard. Through a single integration, AiPrise provides access to 800+ local and international data sources and an orchestration layer that connects to 80+ verification partners worldwide. The platform goes beyond basic registry checks with website analysis, document intelligence, UBO and parent-company insights, sanctions screening, and ongoing monitoring, helping teams make confident decisions and stay aligned with regulatory expectations across jurisdictions. Role Overview We are seeking a Head of Marketing to architect and spearhead our marketing strategy across all channels. As our first senior marketing hire, you will be the driving force behind building the AiPrise brand, fueling demand generation, and establishing us as the leading global compliance platform. This is a unique opportunity to build the marketing playbook from the ground up, cultivate a talented team, and collaborate directly with the founders to guide AiPrise through its next critical phase of growth. You will have full ownership of our marketing initiatives, including LinkedIn, SEO, geographic targeting, digital advertising, and industry conferences. Working in close partnership with our Head of Sales and Head of Partnerships, you will be instrumental in discovering and developing new marketing avenues weekly. Responsibilities Brand & Positioning: Craft AiPrise’s brand narrative and establish us as a category leader in compliance tech. Demand Generation: Design and execute campaigns across content, social, SEO, paid, events, and partnerships to drive qualified leads. Product Marketing: Translate technical features into compelling messaging, product pages, and sales enablement collateral. Thought Leadership: Build AiPrise’s voice as an industry leader through blog posts, case studies, webinars, and analyst relationships. Community Building: Create trust with customers, regulators, and partners via targeted community initiatives. Team Leadership: Hire and mentor a high-performing marketing team as we scale. Data-Driven Strategy: Use metrics and analytics to iterate campaigns, optimize spend, and align closely with Sales/Revenue teams. Qualifications 6+ years of B2B SaaS or fintech marketing experience, ideally in compliance, fraud prevention, or identity verification. Proven track record of building marketing strategies from the ground up. Strong background in demand generation, content strategy, and brand building. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment. Excellent written, verbal, and storytelling skills. Experience leading and growing teams is a plus. Knowledge of Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, SEO, GEO
