Lead medical education and strategic planning initiatives to improve healthcare outcomes and business growth.
Extensive experience in medical affairs, education strategy, and executive leadership in healthcare settings.
About Aios Medical Our overarching mission is to accelerate the mass-market global adoption of consumer biotech products so every human can live at least 100 healthy years. Our immediate focus is excess bodyweight. We are accelerating the global take-up of GLP-1 medications by increasing their accessibility to help solve obesity worldwide. To do that, we’re building an AI-powered clinical operating system: ClinicOS. ClinicOS makes it effortless for consumer brands to easily offer direct-to-patient healthcare, globally. We work with external Brand Partners, as well as using this infrastructure to scale our own internal consumer healthcare brands. Since we launched Fella Health in the US in June 2021, Fella has positioned itself as no-nonsense weight loss for busy bigger guys. Today, we operate multiple brands across the US & UK — our two biggest are Fella Health (US & UK) and Bolt Pharmacy (UK). Our infrastructure will have served 100 million patients worldwide by 2035. We’ll then use that direct-to-patient infrastructure to serve next-gen biotech products at-scale to increase the proportion of humans living at least 100 healthy years. In so doing, we’ll become the world’s first trillion dollar healthcare company. How far along are we? We’ve grown >1000x since Aug 2021, >200x since Aug 2022, >40x since Aug 2023. We’re serving >40k customers with high NPS. We’re >$50M/yr revenue. We’ve been cashflow positive for >24mo. We’re a young startup and we’re just getting started. This is still Day 1 and all our work is ahead of us. We're backed by top healthcare & consumer investors: Y Combinator Global Founders Capital — backed Facebook, Slack, LinkedIn, Revolut, Rocket Internet AngelList Early Stage Fund (backed by Naval Ravikant) BrandProject (venture-builder behind 2 unicorns) The founders of Indeed, Curative (unicorn), Alan (unicorn), Kaia Health (>$300mil valuation), Vouch Insurance (>$500mil valuation), Not Boring (Packy McCormick) You can read more about working with us here: Working at Aios Medical https://fella.notion.site/working-at-aios-medical Being a Head of Conversion Rate Optimization at Aios Medical We’re building a world-class team. We’re spending serious money every day. When conversion is flat, it’s expensive. When experimentation is messy, it compounds the wrong way. We need someone who owns this. As Head of Conversion Rate Optimization, your job is make more of the people who land on our funnels become paying patients. Systematically. Reliably. At scale. This is not a “change the button color” role. You’ll be responsible for both micro and macro testing. That means everything from improving specific steps in the funnel to rebuilding entire flows based on competitor research and new hypotheses. You’ll start hands-on. You’ll run research, build cases, sketch wireframes, design experiments, and work closely with engineering and design to ship fast. Once the engine works, you’ll build the team around it. We’ve underinvested in CRO for years. This role is about fixing that and bringing structure, rigor, and clarity to experimentation so that every dollar we spend on ads works harder. This is a full-time, fully remote role, and you’ll work mostly async in the timezone of your choice — as long as you’re around until midday Pacific Time every weekday. You’ll have flex in your calendar for kids if you have them — many of our team have kids so we’re kid-friendly. This is a senior role. You’ll report directly to our Head of Performance (Dave Lane) with close oversight from Richie, CEO. They are intense, so you’ll also be intense. You’ll also work closely with our Head of Product (Ben Dowdle), VP Engineering (Gzim Helshani) and Chief of Staff (Joey Gracek). Key responsibilities Straight away Establish dominance: Conduct deep funnel analysis across all brands. Build AI-powered testing roadmap. Design and ship high-impact experiments within first 30 days. Drive measurable conversion lifts fast. Build infrastructure: Architect systematic experimentation framework. Implement advanced analytics, predictive models, and personalization engines. Create the testing culture and processes that scale. Own the numbers: Directly accountable for conversion rate improvements across key funnels. Track, forecast, and report on revenue impact with ruthless clarity. In the near future Scale the machine: Build and lead a world-class CRO team. Expand optimization across full customer journey (ads, landing pages, email, product, retention). Establish this as a compounding competitive advantage. Multiply revenue: Drive systematic improvements in CAC, conversion rates, and LTV. Make CRO the revenue efficiency engine that funds our mission to help humans live 100 healthy years. Need to have Proven AI/ML chops: You've actually built and deployed AI-driven optimization systems (personalization, predictive analytics, automated experimentation). Not just used tools, but architected intelligent systems. Senior CRO mastery: 7+ years leading high-impact CRO programs. Track record of driving 20%+ conversion improvements at scale. Deep expertise in statistical rigor, experimental design, and what actually moves metrics. Team builder: You've hired, mentored, and scaled high-performing teams. Can build this capability from the ground up while executing at the highest level yourself. Technical fluency: Comfortable in code, analytics tools, and complex implementation. Can work directly with engineers and data scientists to build sophisticated testing infrastructure. Speed + rigor: Move fast with conviction while maintaining statistical integrity. Bias to action, obsessed with 80/20, comfortable in ambiguity. Mission alignment: Actually care that conversion improvements = more patients getting life-changing treatment. Culture fit with our beliefs (radical cost reduction, algorithms over humans, profitability, only the paranoid survive). Nice to have Healthcare/DTC experience: You've optimized complex, regulated funnels in healthcare or high-consideration DTC. Understand compliance constraints and long sales cycles. Multi-brand scaling: Led CRO across multiple brands/products simultaneously. Built centralized optimization infrastructure. Full-stack growth: Deep understanding of how CRO fits into broader growth strategy (acquisition, activation, retention, monetization). Can connect conversion optimization to LTV and unit economics. AI product vision: Not just using AI tools, but have a POV on where AI-driven optimization is going. Excited about personalization at scale, LLM applications, and next-gen experimentation. Evangelism: Proven ability to build experimentation culture across orgs. Can teach, inspire, and get buy-in from skeptics. Our cultural standards We aim to make this your life’s work. This should be the most challenging, most rewarding role of your life. Accordingly, these are the core cultural standards to which we hold ourselves & our team-members: Belief in the mission: We will have served 100 million patients by the end of 2035 and we transform the life of most patients who join. We have a lot of work to do. We are obsessed with our patients and are dedicated to the mission. Unwavering integrity: We are at the frontier, so we often live in ambiguity with no trodden path. When we can’t look to others for guidance, we must maintain impeccable ethics and unwavering integrity. Only the paranoid survive: Bad sh*t is coming. By joining us, you’re choosing to sail straight towards the storms with unhesitating conviction. However much we’ve already done, however far we’ve already come — it’s still Day 1 and all our work is ahead of us. If we’re average we fail: We are only interested in “insanely great”, a focus on the quality of our execution that in everyday life would be considered pathological. We have a dedication to excellence and reject incompetence. Commitment to candor: That which can be destroyed by the truth should be. You get full transparency from the company and the company expects full transparency from you. We never say anything about someone that we wouldn’t say to them directly. We give feedback with love and do not need to protect people from fleeting physical sensations. A maniacal sense of urgency: We execute at an intensity that most people think is impossible. Speed is critical and we need things done yesterday. We all work very hard and in such a competitive world there really is no other way to win. Enduring frugality: We are frugal. We hate being wasteful and we are anti-luxury. A culture of cheapness keeps us young. We spend our cash wisely & carefully — in a way that would make our grandmas proud. Bulldozing barriers: The world is malleable and we shape it. We truly believe this and act accordingly. We are relentlessly resourceful and are at the mercy of no-one but ourselves. You’ll be shocked how capable you are and how much you can achieve. Keep your head down: We’re boring people doing exciting work. We don’t chase short-term status — we ignore short-term dopamine hits and focus on what matters. Outsiders will underestimate us and we revel in that. The power of focus: We live in a world of power laws and we cannot overestimate the unimportance of practically everything. Know your One Thing, and nail it. 🎯 “You just build a fing amazing experience. Make each step amazing. Make every decision in the long term interest of the customer. Give the customer massively more value than you take.”* Compensation & Benefits You get paid above market salary and you get early stage equity, so you get really rich if we nail this. Compensation: $125-160k/year inc equity Benefits The stuff below is cool as well. Healthcare: comprehensive medical insurance (if appropriate). Remote: our team is fully distributed across the world and functions fully remotely. Personal development: budget for books, courses, coaching. Personal wellness: budget for gym, health apps. GLP-1s: free membership with a clinic offering GLP-1s. Health coaching: free biweekly health coaching so you stay healthy. Work coaching: free biweekly work coaching so you stay sharp + calm. Equipment: Macbook & work-from-home equipment provided as needed. What are we missing? We're still early so you get to shape our culture.
