We are expanding our Legal Division and is hiring our first division leader. The Manager of Legal Recruiting will lead the new business development and lead the life cycle of client search assignments for Legal positions ranges from associate, corporate counsel, to partner level, establishing a book of business and drive continuous revenue growth within targeted Law Firms and Corporations. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key legal clients and identifying and qualifying new business opportunities while managing your own book of business. Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain relationships with key legal clients to understand their recruitment needs and requirements, engage in client intake and search intake and touchpoint meeting to assess clients’ search projects, develop a go-to-market search strategies based off clients expectations. • Proactively pursuing new business opportunities through strategic sales process towards legal clients with hiring demands that align with firm’s legal search capabilities. • Lead and manage life cycle of search assignments from cradle to grave, engage in market research, provide market data report to clients and drive routine search touchpoint meetings with clients. • Provide regular updates and progress reports to internal stakeholders and legal clients. • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by providing excellent service, communications, and delivering results. • Act as a mentor and advisor to other members of the team, develop a team of legal recruiting team through staffing planning. • Continually develop knowledge of industry trends and best practices in Legal search vertical. Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Legal recruiting within legal search firm for both law firms and corporates. • Strong network of contacts and relationships within legal verticals such as civil, criminal defense, worker’s comp, personal injury, business law. • Proven track record of client relationship management and new business development in legal industry. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to details and organization skill. • Strong leadership and mentorship skills • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
