4+ years in executive search or 360 recruitment, manufacturing industry network, client management skills, leadership, and a relevant bachelor's degree.
The Executive Search Manager will lead the new business development and lead the life cycle of client search assignments for positions within the search firm verticals, establishing a book of business and drive continuous revenue growth within targeted client and candidate network. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and identifying and qualifying new business opportunities while managing your own book of business. Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their recruitment needs and requirements. • Proactively pursuing new business opportunities through strategic sales process towards clients with hiring demands that align with firm’s capabilities • Lead and manage life cycle of search assignments from cradle to grave • Provide regular updates and progress reports to internal stakeholders and clients. • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by providing excellent service, communications, and delivering results. • Act as a mentor and advisor to other members of the team • Collaborate with other Partners and consultants to share best practices • Identify new business opportunities and cross-selling opportunities, develop a book of business align with the search firm’s vertical focuses. • Continually develop knowledge of industry trends and best practices in executive search • Represent the firm at industry events and conferences. Qualifications: • Minimum of 4 years of experience in executive search or high level 360 perm recruitment • Proven track record of successful executive search placements • Strong network of contacts and relationships within manufacturing related space • Proven track record of client relationship management and new business development. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment • Strong leadership and mentorship skills • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
