To amplify this mission, we are seeking a Director of Content Marketing to own and scale our content strategy. Role Overview The Director of Content Marketing will lead the development, distribution, and execution of our content strategy that connects our expertise to the needs of our clients and prospects. This senior leader will bring vision, creativity, and operational excellence to elevate our brand in the US and UK market. Reporting directly to the President, this role is responsible for making content the engine of growth across demand generation, sales enablement, and thought leadership. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Leadership Define and own the firm’s global content marketing strategy across channels (website, blog, LinkedIn, email, events, PR, etc.). Build a scalable content roadmap aligned to the buyer journey, industry trends, and revenue goals. Position the firm as a recognized thought leader in data, analytics, operations research, and AI. Content Creation & Editorial Management Develop compelling long- and short-form content (whitepapers, case studies, thought leadership articles, blog posts, newsletters, videos, webinars, podcasts). Translate complex technical concepts into engaging stories tailored for executive decision-makers. Establish an editorial voice and brand narrative that conveys expertise and credibility. Distribution & Amplification Architect a distribution and promotion plan that ensures maximum reach and engagement across owned, earned, and paid channels. Partner with Partnerships, Sales, and Practice Leaders to align messaging across GTM campaigns. Optimize content performance through generative engine optimization, SEO, analytics, and data insights. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in content marketing. Proven success in building and executing B2B content strategies that drive measurable pipeline and brand impact. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills - especially in translating technical or analytical topics into executive-level narratives. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, demand generation, and content analytics. Experience in professional services, consulting, technology, or data/AI industries preferred. Strategic thinker with the ability to operate at both the visionary and hands-on tactical level. Why Join Us?
