Role: Senior Systems Analyst– EPIC/Willow Ambulatory / Compass Rose Type: Contract-to-Hire Location: Remote Shift: 8 H Days PST Pay Rate: $76/Hour Required Qualifications: • Active Epic certification with hands-on experience supporting Willow Ambulatory and implementing Compass Rose • 3+ years of experience supporting Epic applications in a healthcare setting • Strong understanding of ambulatory pharmacy workflows and medication management • Proven experience in the Epic build, testing, and implementation lifecycle • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • 5 years relevant experience REQUIRED • 5 years healthcare or related subject matter experience PREFERRED • Leadership experience REQUIRED • Project management experience PREFERRED • Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification - -PREFERRED HL01 Job Type: Temp-to-hire Pay: $75.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: Remote
