Key Responsibilities Connect with members through scheduled outreach using qualified leads Assess financial protection needs and recommend appropriate life insurance and supplemental benefit solutions Provide excellent customer service to build long-term client relationships Guide members through the application and enrollment process Provide ongoing policy support including reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims guidance Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards Ideal Candidate Profile Successful candidates typically demonstrate: Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organization and time-management abilities Comfort using computer-based tools and virtual communication platforms Self-motivation, attention to detail, and a goal-oriented mindset Sales or client-facing experience (preferred but not required) Eligibility to obtain a Life Insurance License (training and support provided) Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team Coachability and a commitment to continuous improvement Eligibility Requirements Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States Must be physically located within the United States Build a Career with Purpose This role offers a unique opportunity to combine meaningful service with a rewarding long-term career.
