In this role, you will assist new and existing clients by providing clear information about benefit options and supporting them throughout the enrollment and service process. You will communicate with clients daily, ensuring their questions are answered with professionalism, accuracy, and care. Key Responsibilities Client Enrollment Guide new clients through the onboarding and enrollment process with professionalism and attention to detail. Personalized Client Support Assess client needs and provide tailored recommendations based on their goals and circumstances. Benefit Guidance Help clients understand available coverage options and assist them in making informed decisions. Client Service Respond promptly to questions, provide follow-up support, and maintain clear communication with clients. Relationship Building Develop and maintain professional relationships that support long-term client satisfaction. Compliance & Documentation Maintain accurate records while adhering to company policies and applicable state regulations. Scheduling & Organization Manage appointments efficiently while maintaining productivity in a remote work environment.
