Key Responsibilities Engage with members to understand their insurance and financial protection needs Educate clients on life insurance and supplemental benefit options Guide members through the application and enrollment process Provide ongoing policy support, including reviews and claims guidance Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Build long-term, trust-based relationships with members Ideal Candidate Profile Successful candidates typically demonstrate: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset Comfort using digital tools and working in a remote environment Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Sales or customer service experience (preferred but not required) Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Life Insurance License (training and licensing support provided).
