Role Responsibilities Conduct virtual consultations with individuals and families to assess financial protection needs Educate clients on available life and health insurance options Build long-term, trust-based client relationships Guide clients through the application and enrollment process Maintain accurate records using digital tools and CRM platforms Stay informed on product updates, industry regulations, and best practices Ensure compliance with all company and regulatory standards Ideal Candidate Profile We are seeking candidates who demonstrate: Veteran, prior service member, or military spouse experience Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills A disciplined, goal-oriented mindset Ability to work independently while contributing to a team mission Adaptability, resilience, and accountability Previous sales experience is helpful but not required.
