In this role, you will support new and existing clients by providing clear information about available benefit programs and assisting them throughout the enrollment and service process. Daily communication with clients ensures their questions are answered with professionalism, accuracy, and care. Key Responsibilities Client Enrollment Guide new clients through the onboarding and enrollment process with professionalism and attention to detail. Personalized Client Support Understand client needs and provide recommendations aligned with their goals and circumstances. Benefit Guidance Help clients understand available coverage options and assist them in making informed decisions. Client Service Respond promptly to questions, provide follow-up support, and maintain consistent communication with clients. Relationship Building Develop professional relationships that promote long-term client satisfaction and trust. Compliance & Documentation Maintain accurate records while adhering to company policies and regulatory standards. Scheduling & Organization Manage appointments efficiently while maintaining productivity in a fully remote work environment.
