Globe Life AO is seeking an experienced and motivated leader to recruit, develop, and guide a team of remote client service professionals. This opportunity combines leadership, coaching, and performance management and is well suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy developing high-performing teams. In this role, you will support team performance, maintain a high standard of client service, and help drive continued growth through effective leadership and strategy.
