Key Responsibilities Communicate with members from an established client database to understand financial protection needs Provide clear, professional guidance on available benefit and coverage options Support individuals through the application and enrollment process Maintain consistent communication to provide updates and answer client questions Assist existing policyholders with coverage reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims guidance Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all compliance standards Qualifications We are seeking candidates who demonstrate: Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfort using digital tools and virtual communication platforms Strong organization and time-management abilities Self-motivation and attention to detail Problem-solving ability and a service-oriented mindset Ability to work independently while collaborating within a remote team Previous experience in sales or client service is helpful but not required.
