We are seeking a results-driven Sales Team Lead who excels in leadership, coaching, and performance execution. In this role, you will actively sell life insurance products while recruiting, developing, and leading a team of sales professionals. This opportunity is ideal for a proven sales leader who is passionate about mentoring others, driving performance, and building a high-performing remote team while continuing to contribute through personal sales production. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of sales professionals Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback Foster a strong team culture built on accountability, growth, and results Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed production targets Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve results Lead by example through active participation in sales activities Client Experience & Relationship Management Ensure consistent, high-quality client interactions across the team Support team members in addressing complex client needs and objections Encourage strong client relationships that support retention and referrals Training & Continuous Improvement Deliver training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and best practices Stay informed on industry regulations and company policies Identify performance gaps and implement targeted coaching plans What You Bring Proven leadership experience managing and developing sales teams Strong sales background, preferably in life insurance or financial services Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills Results-driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding goals Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze performance data Highly organized and self-motivated, comfortable leading in a remote environment Why This Role Stands Out 100% Remote Work Lead and grow your team from anywhere in the United States.
