We're hiring 3 elite sales hunters who are ready to earn serious commission selling high-value digital services face-to-face. We need proven, experienced, door-to-door professionals to be the first point of contact for local business owners and founders who need to upgrade their online presence and security right now. If you have experience selling complex technical services on the pavement, this is your chance to own a territory. What You'll Be Selling Our services solve urgent, expensive problems for businesses. Your job is to connect the problem with our solution. ✅ Custom Web Builds: Conversion-focused websites and platforms (React, Next.js, Webflow). ✅ INFRA Security: Audits, system hardening, and data protection services. ✅ Disaster Recovery: Critical database and website restoration. The Ask: Your Daily Grind You're not sitting behind a desk. You are the engine of this new sales channel. • Own Your Territory: Strategically prospect and execute door-to-door cold visits to key decision-makers (CEOs, Founders, Owners). • Pitch Expertise: Deliver crisp, knowledgeable sales presentations, instantly connecting Aikarotech’s technical services to the client's business challenge. • High-Volume Activity: This is a numbers game. You must manage a high volume of daily face-to-face contact and rigorous follow-up. • CRITICAL: Experience selling IT Services, Web Solutions, or Cyber Security in-person is a must. We need people who can talk tech AND close a deal on the spot. What You Need to Bring • 3+ years of verifiable success in Door-to-Door or Outside B2B Sales. • Deep understanding of the value of a premium website and proactive security. • A true hunter mentality—rejection doesn't faze you, it fuels you. • Strong organizational skills; you track everything in a CRM. • Professional demeanor, but with the grit needed for field sales. What We Offer (Real Talk) This is a demanding role, and we compensate aggressively for results. • 50 CAD per booked appointment to keep you grounded. • 5% commission at close.
