Role: Support Engineer-Managed Engine Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Contract We are seeking a Managed Engine Support Engineer with hands-on experience in ManageEngine modules including OpManager, ServiceDesk Plus, and ADAudit Plus. The candidate will be responsible for implementation, administration, monitoring, and support of these tools to ensure system performance, IT service management efficiency, and security compliance. Key Responsibilities: • Administer and support OpManager for network monitoring and performance management • Manage ServiceDesk Plus for ITSM processes (incidents, requests, changes) • Configure and maintain ADAudit Plus for Active Directory auditing and compliance • Troubleshoot issues, perform upgrades, and optimize system performance • Generate reports and ensure security and compliance standards are met
