About this role Aidoc is seeking a Senior Director of Product Marketing to lead and scale our strategic product marketing efforts around the Foundation Model—a transformative clinical reasoning engine that powers system-wide workflows through comprehensive coverage of radiology and adjacent specialties. As a senior leader in the product marketing organization, you will autonomously drive the global go-to-market (GTM) strategy, own product positioning, lead voice-of-customer initiatives, and curate market insights that directly influence product development, sales enablement, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for defining how Aidoc’s clinical AI engine is understood, valued, and adopted by enterprise healthcare stakeholders. This role is for an experienced product marketing leader, who is both strategic and hands-on, requiring cross-functional leadership, a strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare market, and the ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Own and drive the end-to-end GTM strategy for Aidoc’s Foundation Model across new and existing markets, including adjacent market monetization. Partner with leadership in Product, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Communications teams to align business objectives with marketing initiatives. Drive strategic input into Aidoc’s portfolio roadmap, representing market needs and customer insights at the executive level. Serve as a senior SME to commercial and executive leadership on product marketing strategy, buyer engagement, and competitive positioning. Positioning, Messaging & Narrative Development Define and evolve strategic positioning, differentiated messaging, and value propositions tailored to executive and clinical decision-makers (CIOs, CMIOs, Chief AI Officers, CEOs, Radiology Chairs, etc.). Translate technical and clinical complexity into compelling, outcome-driven narratives that resonate across the healthcare enterprise. Market Intelligence & Customer Insights Oversee market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, whitespace opportunities, and strategic risks in Clinical AI space. Drive voice-of-customer programs in partnership with Customer Success and Product teams to inform positioning, messaging, and product strategy for Aidoc’s Foundation Model. Thought Leadership & Brand Elevation Lead the creation and dissemination of thought leadership content that establishes Aidoc as a category leader in AI-powered care delivery. Develop and own strong relationships with radiology and health system KOLs and industry influencers to amplify Aidoc’s market presence, in collaboration with Aidoc KOL leadership. Sales & Enablement Strategy Oversee the development of high-impact enablement assets including pitch decks, buyer journey maps, ROI tools, battlecards, and sales playbooks. In collaboration with Enablement and RevOps, own go-to-market readiness across sales and customer-facing teams. Performance & Optimization Define key performance indicators for product marketing success and lead ongoing measurement and optimization efforts. Ensure product launches and marketing initiatives are evaluated for ROI and continuously improved. Requirements 10+ years of product marketing experience in radiology-focused healthcare technology, medical device, medical imaging, AI/ML, or clinical software, with significant and progressive leadership responsibility. Proven success in launching and scaling enterprise B2B healthcare solutions, particularly those that intersect with radiology or imaging-based specialties, including new market monetization. Deep knowledge of the U.S. healthcare landscape, including clinical workflows in radiology, regulatory considerations, and the enterprise buying cycle. Demonstrated ability to autonomously build and lead cross-functional marketing strategies that drive growth and market share. Proven experience managing KOL engagement and thought leadership initiatives in partnership with clinical and commercial stakeholders. Strong executive presence and communication skills with a track record of influencing at the C-level. Strategic thinker with a bias for action—able to operate independently and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
