About GUAPI GUAPI is a fast-scaling global luxury streetwear brand, recognized for bold design, premium craftsmanship, and strong cultural influence across fashion, music, and sport. Since 2017, GUAPI has built a growing international presence across North America, Europe, and the Middle East. The Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Inventory & Fulfillment Manager to take full ownership of inventory operations and order fulfillment across our global business. This role is critical to ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless coordination between GUAPI and our 3PL partners. Key Responsibilities • Own and manage inventory across warehouses and 3PL partners • Maintain accurate stock levels across Shopify, wholesale, and fulfillment systems • Plan stock allocation across DTC and wholesale channels • Coordinate inbound production and warehouse intake • Oversee fulfillment operations (picking, packing, shipping) via 3PL • Identify and resolve fulfillment issues proactively • Improve fulfillment speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency • Manage forecasting, replenishment, and stock planning • Oversee returns and restocking processes • Build scalable systems and workflows for growth Requirements • Experience in inventory management and fulfillment (e-commerce preferred) • Strong understanding of 3PL and warehouse operations • High attention to detail and accuracy • Strong planning and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously • Comfortable using Shopify, 3PL systems, and spreadsheets • What Success Looks Like • Accurate inventory across all systems • Fast, error-free fulfillment • Scalable, efficient operations What We Offer • Competitive salary • High ownership role within a scaling global brand • Remote flexibility • Opportunity to build and optimize systems at scale
