Experience with CRM administration, cross-team coordination, project management, and operational process enforcement.
Purpose: Serve as the central operational hub between the CEO, the brand’s leadership, and all operational systems. This person ensures CRM accuracy, coordinates all initiatives, enforces process discipline, and shields the CEO from unnecessary direct involvement in day-to-day brand operations. Trial Period: • Length: 2 months (evaluation period) • Goal: Prove ability to manage complexity, integrate with brand leaders, and uphold operational excellence. • Conversion: Move to full-time paid role with expanded authority. Objective: Run the operational layer of Ai2Market.com so the CEO stays focused on vision and high-value relationships. Be the single point of contact between CEO and brand teams, ensuring CRM data integrity, inter-departmental coordination, and on-time delivery of initiatives. Core Responsibilities: • Full GoHighLevel (GHL) administration for Ai2Market account • Interface with AI developers, marketing, and sales teams • Maintain cross-brand dashboards for AI agent performance and campaign ROI • Conduct weekly syncs with Lorena (Ops), Linda (Admin), and project leads to pre-solve issues • Manage shared SOPs, project trackers, and Notion documentation
