Company Description We’re building an AI-first platform reinventing how residential real-estate investing is sourced, analyzed, negotiated, and scaled. Think: • AI agents replacing analyst teams • Automated comps, underwriting & renovation estimates • AI-driven negotiation • Built for real investors deploying real capital (not just dashboards) Now we’re looking for a CTO & Co-Founder to own the technical vision and help shape the company from the ground up. Role Description We are seeking a CTO & Co-Founder to lead the development of the AI-driven brain of real estate investing. As the CTO & Co-Founder, you will spearhead technological strategy, oversee end-to-end product development, and manage a team of engineers to build cutting-edge solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include architecture design, strategic decision-making, collaborating closely with the founding team, and ensuring timely product delivery. This is a full-time, remote role that provides the opportunity to build and scale impactful AI solutions from the ground up.
