Lead revenue growth and strategic account planning in digital media sales.
Management experience in digital media sales with expertise in programmatic ecosystem and agency relationships.
Key Responsibilities: - Own and grow individual revenue across key programmatic accounts. - Lead and mentor a team of 2–4 sellers. - Build and execute strategic account plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders. - Deepen and expand relationships with major holding companies and agencies. - Help shape the go-to-market strategy for our AI-powered digital supply solutions. Qualifications: - Proven management or player/coach experience in digital media sales. - Deep expertise in the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, data, measurement, CTV, etc.). - Strong, established relationships with large agency holding companies. - A revenue-first mindset with the ability to inspire and elevate a team. - Strategic thinker capable of operating both tactically and at a leadership level. This is a remote position, with preferred locations in NY or Chicago.
