In addition, you will: • Lead medical-focused abuse and death investigations, including root-cause analysis and corrective action planning. • Manage the full lifecycle of incident reporting (IRMA), ensuring data accuracy and adherence to strict agency deadlines. • Serve as the primary contact for oversight agencies and a key member of the Human Rights Committee. • Maintain confidential investigation files and the Human Rights database to ensure regulatory audit-readiness. • Develop and facilitate agency-wide training on abuse prevention and compliance protocols. We require: • High school diploma or equivalent • Qualified NYS Driver’s License • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the field • RN, LPN, BA, BS in human services field and/or experience with medical or death investigations, oversight of medical records or care preferred • Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Access preferred Medical Quality Assurance Coordinator, for immediate consideration, please apply now!
