The bridge between customers and techs. The reason people say, “Wow, they actually called me back.” Your day will include: • Talking with customers who actually want your help — not cold calls. • Scheduling jobs, helping with estimates, and making sure no ball ever gets dropped. • Following up on quotes and jobs (you love closing loops). • Getting and replying to reviews • Posting on Facebook, and keeping our online reputation stellar. • Tracking CRM data so our systems run like clockwork. • Working hand-in-hand with our field team — helping them win, and winning with them. You’ll have a direct impact on revenue, customer happiness, and how well the whole team performs.
