• Aguas Frescas de Mexico LLC is seeking a Production Clerk with Quality Control Experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in food production quality control, particularly in fresh fruit and juice processing. This role offers hands-on training in the production process, followed by a transition into quality control responsibilities. Additionally, this position will involve assisting with tasks that require lifting and moving heavier materials, ensuring smooth operations while maintaining the highest quality standards. • Key Responsibilities: ✅ Production Training & Support: • Train in the full production process of frozen fruit concentrates. • Assist in fruit preparation, mixing, filling, and packaging while learning all production stages. • Operate and maintain production equipment safely. • Support team members in physically demanding tasks, such as lifting and handling materials (up to 50 lbs). ✅ Quality Control & Compliance: • Transition into a quality control role after training. • Monitor raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet company and FDA standards. • Ensure proper handling, storage, and processing of fresh fruit and juice concentrates. • Conduct visual inspections, weight checks, and documentation to uphold quality. • Report any non-conformities or deviations from standards to the Production Leader. ✅ Efficiency & Reporting: • Maintain accurate batch records, production logs, and quality control reports. • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements for better quality and efficiency. • Notify management of any equipment malfunctions, contamination risks, or production issues. ✅ Safety & Team Collaboration: • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety, and workplace safety policies. • Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. • Work closely with production clerks and the Production Leader to optimize quality and productivity. Qualifications & Skills: • Required: Minimum quality control, preferably with fresh fruit and juice processing. • Must be fluent bilingual Spanish/English • Required: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and handling materials (up to 50 lbs). • Familiarity with food safety regulations, HACCP, and GMP preferred. • Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and process control. • Ability to follow precise instructions and document quality control records. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cold environment when needed. • Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
