Full Description

Title- Tech Lead / Architect Consumer Digital (Mobile & Web) Location- Atlanta, GA - Remote/Hybrid Job Description- We are looking for a hands on Tech Lead / Architect to guide the technical direction of Client s mobile and web digital banking platforms. This role will help design and deliver modern, secure, scalable experiences used by our consumer customers every day. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Cloud, Security, and vendor partners to architect end to end solutions across mobile apps, web apps, APIs, and backend integrations. What You ll Do Architecture & Design Define the architecture for our mobile and web digital platforms. Create technical designs for new features and platform improvements. Set and enforce engineering and architecture standards. Recommend tools, frameworks, and technology patterns. Engineering Leadership Work with development teams across mobile, web, and API layers. Review designs, code, and deployment pipelines. Ensure performance, scalability, and security best practices. Support production troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Systems & Integrations Design solutions that integrate with: Core banking systems API/middleware layers Third party vendors (FIS, Personetics, D3, etc.) Own platform upgrades, modernization work, and resiliency improvements. Collaboration & Communication Partner with Product Owners and Delivery Leads. Translate business needs into technical solutions. Work with InfoSec, Cloud, and Enterprise Architecture teams. Required Experience 8+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years as a Tech Lead or Architect. Strong background in mobile (Swift/Kotlin/React Native) and/or web (React/Angular/TypeScript). Solid knowledge of API design, REST, microservices, and integration patterns. Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS). Understanding DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing. Strong grasp of mobile & web security, OAuth2/OIDC, and secure coding practices. Preferred Experience Experience in banking, fintech, payments, or regulated industries. Familiarity with FIS, Personetics, D3, or similar vendor systems. Background in modernizing legacy platforms or cloud native design. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and analytics frameworks. Key Skills Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to break down complex problems and provide clear direction.
