Job Title: Project Manager- Publishing Job Location: Los Angeles, CA Description: Client is seeking as a Project Manager supporting Publishing Operations, you will help establish and scale new capabilities across Insights Operations, Communities of Practice (CoPs), and Shared Services. You will work with team leads and partners to create clear intake, prioritization, and tracking systems, and support execution of key initiatives.You will report to the Head of Ecosystem Operations. Responsibilities Insights Operations • Establish intake mechanisms for insights requests across multiple business units • Build and maintain prioritization frameworks to align work with team and org goals • Create and manage project tracking systems that provide clear visibility into work • Lead execution of complex, cross-functional projects Publishing Communities of Practice (CoPs) • Partner with CoP owners to understand current rituals, workflows, and gaps • Stand up or improve team rituals and communication channels • Manage systems that support ongoing CoP operations Shared Services • Partner with the Head of Ecosystem Operations to intake and assess shared service needs • Identify operational and resourcing gaps and provide recommendations • Build and improve processes for request intake, tracking, and delivery Required Qualifications • 5 or more years of experience in project management, program management, or operations • Experience leading cross-functional work across multiple teams • Experience building and improving processes, systems, and workflows • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain clarity on priorities • Experience with project tracking tools such as Airtable, Asana, Jira, or similar Desired Qualifications • Experience in gaming, entertainment, or digital publishing • Experience working with insights or research teams • Experience supporting shared services or centralized operations teams • Experience building or supporting Communities of Practice • Familiarity with Agile or similar ways of working What You'll Deliver • Clear and scalable intake and prioritization systems • Improved visibility into team work and progress • Strong operating rhythms for Communities of Practice • More effective processes for shared services • Systems that teams can manage and sustain over time
