Description We're Agora, an early-stage Fintech startup on a mission to revolutionize the way Real Estate firms and investors manage their capital. Our Investment Management software help companies raise and preserve more capital by automating their back-office operations, increasing their investors' satisfaction, and providing them with advanced tools for better marketing efforts. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our New York team. In this role, you’ll manage the full onboarding and implementation process for new clients — guiding them through a smooth transition, ensuring accurate data setup, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position is client-facing, requires strong analytical skills, and involves extensive work with Excel and data management. What are we looking for Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing guidance and support throughout the onboarding journey. Manage and analyze large data sets, using Excel and spreadsheets to ensure accurate and efficient data migration. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, CS, Product, and Operations) to ensure client needs are met. Proactively address customer inquiries and troubleshoot any issues that arise during onboarding. Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail across all onboarding tasks. Salary range for this position - $65K/yr - $70K/yr Requirements Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely. Proficiency in Excel (data cleaning, formulas, pivot tables, etc.). A genuine passion for working closely with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service. Strong project management skills — able to manage multiple clients and timelines simultaneously. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
