• Applicants must be located in the Detroit metropolitan area as this is a hybrid position* Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Product Owner to join one of our clients' product teams. This is an opportunity for a strategic, relationship-focused professional who enjoys partnering with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver solutions that drive measurable business outcomes . In this role, you'll act as a trusted partner between business and technical teams, helping translate complex business needs into scalable product solutions. You'll guide product direction, prioritize work based on value and impact, and collaborate across multiple stakeholders to deliver solutions that support critical business processes and client experience s. Responsibilit ies* Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and technology teams to define product vision, priorities, and success measu res* Translate business challenges and opportunities into well-defined features, user stories, and actionable requireme nts* Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing strategic initiatives, operational needs, and customer experience improveme nts* Lead requirements gathering, backlog refinement, and sprint planning activities to support successful deliv ery* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle to drive high-quality outco mes* Facilitate conversations across stakeholders to build alignment, remove obstacles, and ensure transpare ncy* Communicate product roadmap updates, delivery progress, and business value to stakeholders at varying levels of the organizat ion* Support continuous improvement efforts while mentoring team members and promoting Agile best practi ces The Ideal Candi date* Bachelor's degree requ ired* Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar product-focused role* Strong experience working with business stakeholders in complex, enterprise environm ents* Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into product requirements and prioritized back logs* Experience managing multiple initiatives and competing priorities while maintaining focus on value deli very* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management best pract ices* Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management sk ills* Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence decision-making, and build trusted relationships across t eams* Experience supporting wealth management, asset management, investment advisory, or financial services technology platforms prefe rred* Familiarity with advisor-facing applications, client onboarding workflows, portfolio management capabilities, account servicing platforms, or investment operations processes is highly des ired* Experience supporting customer-facing platforms, digital experiences, wealth and asset management solutions, or other highly regulated financial services environments is prefe rred* Technical knowledge of integrations, APIs, middleware, data flows, or modern application architectures is prefe rred Reasons to Lo ve It* Opportunity to influence product strategy and business out comes* Highly collaborative environment with strong stakeholder engag ement* Exposure to end-to-end product delivery and modern Agile prac tices* Chance to work on impactful, customer-focused solu tions* Leadership growth through mentoring, coaching, and cross-functional partne rship* Work alongside business and technology leaders to solve meaningful challenges and deliver lasting value
