Position Details As a Surgical Services Specialist, you will drive strategic sales initiatives within your assigned territory. This role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities while promoting Agiliti’s Surgical Services as part of our Equipment Value Management (EVM) framework. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and healthcare providers to deliver solutions that improve workflows, reduce costs, and enhance patient care. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve long-term growth goals. • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in surgical services. • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, surgery centers, and healthcare professionals. • Leverage CRM tools and internal resources to manage sales processes effectively. • Conduct business reviews and deliver insights that align with customer needs. • Communicate the value of Agiliti’s EVM framework to improve hospital equipment workflows. Qualifications • BS/BA in Business, Sales, or Marketing. • 2+ years of healthcare or medical device sales experience required. • Operating Room knowledge and surgical workflow expertise. • Experience selling services and working in team-based environments preferred. • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50%.
