Job Description Agilent's Enterprise Program Managers help our customers to tackle issues that enable scientists to make discoveries that improve the quality of life. Through our work, we deliver insights and provide support that keeps labs running smoothly and more efficiently. The Enterprise Program Manager will: Support the sale and manages the development and/or delivery of large integrated solutions to an external customer, or in support of a major enterprise-wide program, often involving multi-function and multi-vendor efforts. Determine overall program/project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements. Drive and delivers expected results according to agreed project scope, cost, quality and timeline milestones. Accountable for risk assessment, including effectively identifying and communicating risks to stakeholders. Serve as a direct contact between customers and Agilent project stakeholders. Assist external customer in the definition and implementation of complex integrated solutions requiring relevant products and/or services. Track estimated project revenues, costs, expenses and profits against defined metrics and communicates deviations to relevant stakeholders. Responsible for costing of customized solutions and ensuring implementation within budgets. Build and maintain client relationships. Coordinate internal and external project team members’ contribution, including working with third party vendors to complete project activities. Profit and loss responsibility. Must consent to participate and meet Agilent approved customer/vendor credentialing requirements necessary to gain access to customer sites. Requirements may include, but are not limited to, proof of identification, proof of certification to perform the work required, customer health and safety requirements, etc. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent. Post-graduate, certification and/or license may be required. 4+ years relevant experience for entry into this level. #LI=PK1 Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule. The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $91,440.00 - $152,876.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
