Lead Agile procurement transformation and support sourcing strategies globally.
Requires 8+ years in sourcing/logistics with Agile and Six Sigma experience, plus strong leadership and stakeholder management.
Job Description: • Lead initial Agile strategic project across the global organization while supporting the development of an Agile mindset with the Procurement organization • Establish Agile roadmap, program ideation, and business case/ROI for future Agile programing • Support Freight & Logistics and MRO Category Managers in developing and executing multi-year sourcing strategies aligned to business and operational priorities • Translate stakeholder needs into executable sourcing plans, including RFPs, negotiations, renewals, and supplier transitions • Ensure consistent execution of sourcing strategies across regions through structured governance, tools, and best practices • Drive speed, rigor, and discipline in sourcing execution—ensuring timely delivery of committed outcomes • Directly support and enable Strategic Sourcing Managers and Category Managers in executing high-impact initiatives • Partner with teams to identify, evaluate, and manage key suppliers to ensure service reliability, cost competitiveness, and performance improvement • Support negotiation strategies and contract development • Drive supplier performance management, including scorecards, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field; MBA or professional certification preferred • 8+ years of progressive experience in indirect sourcing, logistics, supply chain, or MRO categories, including global scope • Demonstrated success supporting and executing large-scale sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations • Experience leading Agile programing and strategy, including continuous improvement, lean six sigma, and value engineering • Strong commercial acumen, with ability to drive value through cost modeling and contract strategy • Proven ability to coach and enable Category Managers and Sourcing Managers • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global, and highly matrixed environment Benefits: • bonus • stock options • health insurance
