This is a remote position. Agile Pro Solutions (APS), headquartered in the USA is currently growing its team. We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in expanding Agile Pro Solutions' presence in the US market by identifying and engaging with companies that have open positions and demonstrating how our offshore staffing services can meet their needs. Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 3pm-11pm (15:00 - 23:00) CET, remote in Kosovo. Responsibilities • Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and approach companies in the United States that have open positions suitable for offshore staffing solutions. • Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth needs assessments with potential clients to understand their staffing requirements and challenges. • Solution Presentation: Present Agile Pro Solutions' services as tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of each client, highlighting the advantages of European talent. • Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients over the phone, via emails and online meetings, serving as their primary point of contact and providing ongoing support. • Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently acquiring new. • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to develop effective sales and lead generation strategies. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • Proven track record of success in B2B sales and lead generation, particularly in a services-oriented industry. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong understanding of staffing and outsourcing solutions. • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. • Familiarity with CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
