Requisition #: 1401 Job Title: Senior IT Program & Project Support Analyst Location: Crystal City, VA Clearance Level: Public Trust Required Certification(s): SUMMARY The Contractor shall provide senior-level IT program, project management, governance, and enterprise support services. The Contractor will operate with the technical competency of a GS-14/15 subject matter expert while performing non-inherently governmental functions and producing high-quality deliverables to support federal leadership. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Required Services & Deliverables The Contractor shall produce and maintain the following deliverables: A. Program & Project Management Support · PMO related status reports, dashboards, risk logs, and decision trackers · Executive-ready briefing decks, meeting minutes, and action item logs B. Enterprise Architecture & Technical Documentation · Provide PMO review and feedback of the Mission Modernization System documentation and architecture diagrams (System Design Document, Authority to Operate, Information Systems Contingency Plan, Business Impact Assessments, etc.). · Provide PMO review and feedback of ATO-related materials (SSP inputs, POA&M evidence, control documentation). · Provide PMO review and feedback of Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) updates. · Provide PMO review and feedback of Cloud/GovCloud architecture alignment and documentation. C. Governance & Change Management · Impact analyses, recommendations, and documentation for CCB/FCB. · Configuration changes, technical assessments, and recommendations. · Version-controlled governance artifacts. · Lead weekly Technical Architecture Enterprise meetings. D. Requirements & Testing Support · Review and provide feedback for requirements documentation and traceability matrices. · Participate in monthly UAT progress meetings. · Provide feedback and review of business analysis summaries and validation meetings. E. Vendor Coordination · Review of contractor deliverables with written feedback · Provide risk identification and recommendations to federal leads. · Perform coordination across program vendors on dependencies for Enterprise projects and tasks. F. Data Analytics & Reporting · Develop dashboards, KPIs, data visualizations (Excel/PowerBI). · Perform Qualtrics survey design, deployment, and analytical reports. G. SharePoint & Knowledge Management · Build and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, metadata structures. · Organize and maintain enterprise document repositories. H. Training & Facilitation · Develop project management and governance training materials. · Conduct workshops, briefings, team-building, communication, and conflict management seminars. · Support organizational change management communication plans. ADDITIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Required Skills · IT program/project management (SDLC + Agile) · Enterprise architecture concepts (cloud, network, security, client/server, firewall concepts, network performance and indicators, documentation) · Federal security knowledge (FISMA, NIST 800-53, FIPS 199, FedRAMP) · Governance processes (CCB/FCB, PMO) · Requirements elicitation, traceability, and testing coordination · Vendor management and deliverable oversight · Data analytics, dashboards, KPIs, and survey analysis; plus, familiarity with building and administering surveys. · SharePoint site administration and document control · Strong written/oral communication and executive briefing skills · Ability to collaborate across programs, vendors, and federal leadership · Experience supporting federal agencies or regulated environments Preferred Skills · PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP · CSM, SAFe practitioner · ITIL Foundation · AWS/Azure/GovCloud certification · Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Engineering, or related field WORKING CONDITIONS Environmental Conditions Strength Demands Physical Requirements \n \n Employees of Agile Defense are our number one priority, and the importance we place on our culture here is fundamental.
