We are looking for a Business Development Professional who has a track record to close deals. The ideal person has recruiting/HR/Academic sales background. The person will be responsible for sales and closing new clients that came in as leads from social media. Role Overview: You will be the first point of strategic contact for our client's prospects. Your mission is simple: build rapport, uncover needs, and secure qualified appointments with decision-makers. You will embody professionalism, emotional intelligence, and unstoppable drive. This is a commission-based role, based on deals closed, and is a 1099-independent contractor role. Contractor must complete and sign a W9 form in order to receive their contractor-based compensation. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, paying approximately $19-$20 per hour based on task volume and time spent. Independent Contractor will also obtain commission for every person they schedule that shows up and signs on to the program. Responsibilities: • Initiate and manage outbound communication via phone, email, LinkedIn, and SMS • Engage warm and cold leads with tailored messaging and scripts we have an existing database • Identify prospects’ needs and position the value of our solutions • Experienced in selling High-Ticket Coaching Programs • Experience making more than 100 cold calls a day • Using CRM & logging in the notes daily • Self Starter & Organized • Excellent at overcoming client objections and enroll fast • Comfortable with KPI and sales quotas • Book highly qualified calls directly into the team’s calendar • Maintain CRM accuracy and provide weekly reporting on KPIs • Experience with Go High Level is a must! • Continuously refine outreach strategies to maximize booking rates What We’re Looking For: • Proven track record of booking 10+ qualified appointments per week consistently • Must have at least 3 years of high-ticket sales experience WITHIN THE Human Resources, Academic, Recruitment industries. • Expert communicator — confident, clear, and authentic • Highly organized and proactive with time management and CRM hygiene • Ability to read people, handle objections effortlessly, and pivot messaging in real time • Relentless attitude: “no” is just the beginning of the conversation • Experience setting appointments for high-ticket services, executive coaching or consulting • Ability to work well in a team and independently • Strong English communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage in professional discussions • Must have a reliable internet connection, and a quiet, distraction-free environment to effectively perform the duties of this role • Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques Why Join Us: • Work with a driven, supportive, elite-level team. • Uncapped performance bonuses for exceeding targets. • Clear growth path into senior sales or client success roles. • Recognition, respect, and a true seat at the table.
