Description: • Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for our provider selection system. • Drive alignment with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure the product vision supports Agero's overall goals. • Seek to understand the "why" behind every initiative, using data and a deep understanding of user and business needs to identify the most impactful opportunities. • Partner with engineering, data science, and operations to define and deliver on our roadmap, from ideation to launch. • Write clear, concise product requirements that factor in technical efficiency and scalability. • Manage the product backlog, continuously prioritizing work to ensure your team is focused on the highest-impact projects. • Define and monitor core success metrics for the product and the business. • Use a data-driven approach to experiment, analyze, and iterate on product features to drive measurable impact. • Communicate product updates, performance, and key learnings regularly to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
